Heather McManus is the reason I’ve advanced so far in my career. She is an incredible coach and I don’t think I would have been able to move up into senior leadership roles, multiple times, without her help. First as a teacher seeking to advance into leadership her coaching put me on the right path for both career advancement and higher education degrees. Later she inspired and prepared me for another move from assistant principal to principal, including teaching me key negotiation skills to ensure the best possible contract offer.
